Customer pick-ups are welcome but you must pre-order and receive a confirmation with a 3 hour time window for pick-up. 

We do NOT have a retail store and our pickup location is Drexel Industries a contract warehouse provider.

Drexel Industries 1921 Huron St, London ON. 

Echo Sales does not have any staff on site to create or modify orders. Drexel Industries staff will only provide the items detailed on your confirmed order. You MUST  bring your order with you- no exceptions. Drexel staff have no way to look up your orders and can only release orders to customers with the correct documentation.

Please enter the property through the large parking lot entrance on Huron St. Proceed through the parking lot to the south side of the building and make your way to  LOADING DOCK 11 on the South-West corner of the building.

You will find a man-door beside loading Dock 11 with a doorbell. Please ring the bell and a member of the Drexel Industries team will direct you to either the roll-up doors or an available loading dock depending on whether you are driving a personal or commercial vehicle. 

Five ton and larger vehicles will be loaded by forklift on pallets. You are personally responsible for any hand loading of orders.
